Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for selecting Ami da Medium. My goal is to offer you insightful and precise readings, and I hope you enjoy your experience. This return and refund policy details the circumstances under which refunds or credits will be issued for services purchased through the website.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please contact me at ami.da.medium@gmail.com at least 12 hours before your scheduled session time. I will work with you to find a new slot.

  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to the session may be subject to forfeiture of the payment, at my discretion.​

Refund Policy - Live Session

  • No Refund Policy: Once a session has begun, there are no refunds.

  • Satisfaction Disclaimer: Ami da Medium does not provide refunds for sessions because the content of the reading did not meet your personal expectations or if you did not "connect" with the medium.

  • Technical Issues: If a technical failure on our end, Zoom, prevents the session from taking place, we will reschedule at no cost to you. If a reschedule is not possible, a full refund will be provided.

  • Cancelations by Owner: If I have to cancel an appointment and we cannot find a new time to reschedule, a full refund will be given.

Refund Process & Timing

  • If a refund is approved, I will process the refund to your original payment method, or alternatively issue a creidt to your account with Ami da Medium, at my discretion.

  • Refunds will be issues within 5-10 business days after the refund request is approved.

How to request a Refund

  1. Email me at ami.da.medium@gmail.com with the subject line: Refund Request- (Your Name)​

  2. In your email: Your name, date of session, reason for request, and any supporting evidence. (e.g., failure to deliver service, or technical issues).

  3. I will review your request and respond within 3 Business days with our decision.
